To receive the coupon, part of a much larger sampling program the brand engages in on a regular basis, the tweeter is directed to the website to download the offer. So far about 300 coupons have been fulfilled for people who have successfully used geo-tagging that was verified to have been taken from a required location.

Puma Conducts ‘Scientific’ Research To See If Men Love Football More Than Their Wives [Video] – PSFK

Puma in partnership with researchers at the Bristol University, is trying to find out what men love more: their soccer team, or their partner. The research involved 20 Newcastle United fans where their stress levels were measured when researchers stuck needles into voodoo dolls that resembled their favorite players or their wives/girlfriends, while pictures of their ‘loved ones’ were also torn up.

Their idea is to let advertisers engage New Yorkers in an urban game, where each rider holds a key to unlocking a larger image with some embedded value. Think of it as a giant puzzle, where every MetroCard is a unique puzzle piece.
